In recent weeks IDEA!  Management Consulting representatives took part in some of important events for HRM sector in Poland. On June 9-10,2011 the 6th annual conference "Krakow Compensation Forum"  organised by Sedlak and Sedlak Polish advisory was held. There were over 150 participants of the Forum and the one of  introduction presentation was held by Mr. Krzysztof Gugała - Partner in IDEA! Management Consulting. His presentation was focused on the talent and reward management in post-recession era.

On June 14th, in Warsaw, the 12th annual "HRM Leader" competition summit was held. Mr. Krzysztof Gugała from IDEA! Managenet Consulting was invited as the expert to the panel dedicated to modern trends in reward consulting and moderated by prof. Stanisława Borkowska. Earlier, Mr. Krzysztof Gugała worked in the evaluation commitee of the contest.

Both events have been well assessed due to high merit level.
